Your events are focused on ages 8 – 14 years of age. If my child is a bit younger or a bit older, can they still attend?

Yes, we often host children that are slightly out of our age range, and this is not an issue at all. We focus on ages 8 – 14 because this is the a very important age for growth and development both socially and emotionally but or content is suitable for children slightly younger or slightly older.

I have two children that I want to bring to a retreat or camp. Is this advisable?

Firstly, all our retreats and camps are set up to accommodate a family of three attending. We often host a mum and two daughters or a dad with two sons and this is always a fantastic experience for the family. The children learn all our fun, science supported tools and they connect better because of it. The family unit benefits from siblings attending.

My child is a fussy eater and I have food allergies. Can you accommodate our needs?

Yes, we can! Our retreats and camps have a catering team that can accommodate any food allergies. When it comes to fussy eaters, our meals are always a hit with the kids. Whilst our meals are healthy, there is always a delicious selection for our guests. When you book in, there is a section where you can include your food allergies so our team has the information on hand to brief our catering team.

Are all of your retreats and events technology free?

Yes, we have a no phone policy at all our Beautiful Minds retreats and events. You will hand your phone in upon check-in, but you are welcome to come and see our team at any time if you need to make a call to check in with other family members whilst in our care. The reason our retreats are a no phone zone is because we want you and your daughter to be present. No distractions from the outside world. We want to ensure you get the best possible opportunity to reset, calm your nervous system and leave us feeling refreshed.

Do you offer payment plans?

We offer a payment plan over a 2-month period that is paid and set up in Stripe and subject to terms and conditions. Please chat to our wonderful retreat team to find out more information.
