2:00pm – Strategic Workshop with Jennifer
Intensive session – “An Awareness Reset” – Achieve balance, perspective, and freedom through gentle methods that support a healthy mindset—by simply paying attention to our experiences and our reactions. The session will include grounding mindfulness and relaxation techniques to integrate calm into our busy lives.

Your Host - Jen Mulveny

Jennifer Mulveny is a hard-working Mum and a Board Member at Beautiful Minds.

She is based in Sydney and is Adobe’s Director of Government Relations and Public Policy for Asia-Pacific.

Jennifer has previously worked in Washington D.C, including a tenure for the U.S. Congress and The White House.

She currently leads regular meditation sessions for women in her community.
