It’s a series of challenging activities designed to build connection and push Dad and son out of their comfort zones.
Our focus is on building courage and improving communication. Our activities are inspired by our country’s history and periods of conflict including WW1, WW2, and Vietnam.

Dads will learn how to become better leaders at work and in the home, and how to create stronger and healthier home environments.
Instant Thunder also features tools and strategies to help Dad and son deal with stress, anger, anxiety, fear and overall health from Dr. Andrew Huberman – neuroscientist and the host of the world’s most listened to podcast.
These tools are used by the US Navy Seal and US Military.
