Why This Is Important

Your son is growing fast—but what’s happening inside him matters even more than what’s happening outside.

Between the ages of 7–12, boys are wiring the emotional habits they’ll carry into adulthood. And yet, no one’s teaching them how to feel… without being overwhelmed.

The latest research is clear: this stage shapes how boys will…

  • Handle frustration, fear, and failure

  • Build (or block) meaningful friendships

  • Talk about what’s real instead of shutting down

  • Decide if the world is a safe or lonely place

This isn’t just about emotions—it’s about identity, confidence, and connection.

What Your Son Will Learn

During this mother-son experience, you’ll both:

  • Learn how to control the nervous system for those tough emotional moments 😌

  • Discover breathing tricks that can quickly settle an upset or worried mind 🫁

  • Fun, simple and actionable eye and body activities that help interrupt worry cycles 👁️

  • Practice tools that boys of all ages can use anytime, anywhere 🦸‍♂️

Exclusive Science-Supported Tools & Strategies

At the heart of our workshop are exclusive tools developed in partnership with two global authorities in emotional and neurological development:

Ryan Soave, a renowned therapist. His approach helps boys safely explore and express their emotions—without shame, confusion, or fear.

Dr. Andrew Huberman, from Stanford University’s Huberman Lab for Neuroscience, brings cutting-edge research in brain development, stress regulation, and emotional resilience. He hosts The Huberman Lab Podcast – last year the most listened to podcast in the world.
